Activity types
To achieve our organization strategic goals, we use the following approaches:
Non-formal education: We use non-formal education activities (training, seminar, workshop and ect.) and consultancy with our target groups. We strengthen children, young people, women and professionals and decisions makers in field of social and gender affairs with knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Research and analysis: We use social research methods and study social problems in our country context and needs of our target groups. We believe that evidence-based practice is critical part of any advocacy process.
Social work: We use case management approach and diverse roles of social worker in order to ensure support for the most vulnerable individual, groups and communities. As well, we implement mezzo and macro level social work practice.
Social advocacy: We connect social field professionals, civil society organizations and governmental institutions each other and try to encourage multi-sectorial dialogue to address social problems. We strengthen our target groups and communities for self-advocacy.
